I just copied this paragraph from the MicroSoft Fax Help
"You can send a fax to single or multiple recipients. Enter recipient
information, or select a fax address from your Windows Address Book or from
Outlook Contacts. You must enter information for at least one recipient. When
you enter a fax number for a recipient, you can specify whether dialing rules
should be used. If you enable dialing rules, select a location and specify an
area code and fax number. If you choose not to use dialing rules you can
enter any fax number you require."
Therefore, I am certain it can be done but don't know how to do it. Like I
said, when I select more than 2 or 3 contacts from Outlook, only 2 appear in
the Fax Console of Microsoft Fax. Sometimes, more than 2 appear. Does
anybody know what the problem is. Thank you for your time.

First you said the problem was you only saw 2 recipients you could select
from the address book for faxes. Now you're saying the fax service will only
send to 2 or 3 recipients. Now that we know what fax software you are using,
that would be the expected behavior. Microsoft Fax is not designed to send
to multiple recipients and never has been able to.

I am using Microsoft Fax and Outlook 2003 on a pc at home - not on a
network.
I imported the contacts from a dbf file. At first I thought it was due to
the old dbf file but I added a few fax numbers to new clients and it still
would only fax 2 or 3 out of 5 multiple recipients. The others didn't
even
show up in the fax console.

We have no idea what fax software you are using now. We have no idea what
database you are using now.
