Multiple requests to log into Outlook

Have several users on a Novell network, running both W2k & XP who, when they
are already logged into Outlook, receive multiple requests to log in. They
can cancel & it continues to pop up. Likewise, they can enter the
information, but the screen comes back. Would appreciate any assistance!
