Multiple Resource Indicator

Is there an indicator that can be shown on the "My Tasks" page that indicates
more than one resource is assigned to a task? My resources want to know when
they are not the only person assigned to a task, but it only shows that
person their tasks without them knowing if other people are also responsible.
I am on project server 2007.

CQ,
I'm not a Server MVP, so I can't answer your question directly but I
will make a simple observation. If your resources don't know who all is
working on the same task they are then I'd say there is a serious
communication problem at the enterprise level. Fix that and the plan
will be a whole lot better coordinated. You also won't need that special
indicator for resources assigned to a task.

By the way, there should only be one person "responsible" for each task.
That person might be a team leader or simply the designated "stuckee",
but trying to have more than one person responsible is fraught with
problems (e.g. finger pointing, effort coordination, etc.).

That's my 2 cents.

In the future, please post your Project Server questions to the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is dedicated to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question,
the team member can do the following to determine if anyone else is assigned
to the task:

1. Navigate to the My Tasks page.
2. Click the name of the task in question.
3. On the Assignment Details page, expand the Contacts section.

The "Assigned to this task" section lists each person assigned to the task.
Hope this helps.
