Multiple resource interleaving & scheduling

I have a task 1 with 2 resources A & B.

A is available all the time for working on the task for 10 days
B is availble from Dec 1 onwards for working on the task for 10 days


Project plans the task from Nov 2 onwards.
The task schedules shows that resource A works from Nov2 to Nov 15,
resource B from Dec1 to Dec14

Task 2 depends FS on task 1, both resources (A & B).


In real life Resource A can continue to work on Task2, while resource B is
finalizing Task 1.

How should the tasks be structured so that project can plan correctly.

Francis:

Try breaking the tasks out into separate tasks or try
manipulating timephased work in an assignment view
(Resource or Task usage). Also, make sure that your
resource calendars properly reflect working times.
