Multiple Resources on one task

I am having problems with getting the settings correctly configured. I am
using MS Project Pro with Project server. I have a task that is assigned
multiple resources. If one of the resources completes the task fully the
other resource is still showing work to be accomplished.

I want the project plan to automatically update the task as complete for all
resources assigned to it. How do I go about accomplishing this?

Terry --

You can't. There is no reason that the software should assume that when one
resource on a task is finished that the other worker is finished as well.
Instead, you should teach your team members how to adjust the Remaining Work
to 0 hours to show that their portion of the task is done. Hope this helps.
