Multiple resources per task with different efforts

I need to assign multiple resources to a task. Each resource may require
different efforts to complete task e.g. Resource A may need to do 16hrs of
work and Resource B may only need to do 4 hrs of work on the same task. (1)
How do I appropriately show this so that Project can track resource
allocation? (2) I want to do a PERT calculation for each resource on each
task...is that possible?

Thanks Mike. I think this is more clear now. Looks like I need to make my
task(s) fixed durations based upon the resource that will spend the most time
on it. I then can add additional resources and change units to represent the
amount of time spent on the task. I guess I'll just ignore PERT calcs for
each resource and do that only the pacing resource...
