Multiple row entry on data access page

I would like to set up a data access page for schedule
entry. I would like to have the location and employee
name entered once and then have multiple dates, times,
etc. on the same page. Each time I set up the page and
enter a date, for example, that same date is entered in
all of the date fields instead of access allowing
multiple rows to be generated with different dates. Is
this something to do with my table structure, the
dropdown lists I used for emplyee and location, what???
