Multiple same key strokes

I can't use same key for multiple strokes, as double or triple spacing,
double letters as in "letter" or "password", or backspacing without
hesitating between key strokes.

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility
Options | Keyboard | uncheck the "Use FilterKeys" box | OK.
