Multiple selections when using a List Box or Combo Box

Does anyone know if it is possible to configure Excel to
allow MULTIPLE selections for these controls?

I want to place a List Box or Combo Box in a cell and then
allow the user to select one OR MORE of the choices. Can
I do this without getting into VBA?
