Multiple, Separate Address Books in Entourage?

Hi,

First post here.

Here's the problem:

I have a Treo 650 and Cingular's voice dialing service.

I need to get my contacts into the Cingular Web database that is used by my
Cingular Voice Dialing.

I use Palm Desktop and Cingular won't import vcf or any Palm format.

Cingular will import Entourage tab delimited files. (I am on a Mac).

So, I initially went from Palm desktop to Entourage.

When I get new contacts in Palm Desktop, I want to load them into Entourage
and then export them to Cingular.

However, I can't find a way to export a portion of Entourage. It seems that
it all exports at once and I end up having to export the entire database.

I don't want to do this because it will overwrite the changes I have made in
the Cingular online database.

So what I need to do is export only the new contacts in a tab delimited
file. I set them aside in a separate category, but they could not be
exported in that way.

One thought was to create new phone books in Entourage with the new contacts
from Palm.

Is there a way to have more than one address book in Entourage?

If so, I can't find it.

Any other work arounds you can think of?

Why not export them all and then delete, from the resulting
tab-delimited file, the lines (contacts) that don't apply? This can
easily be automated (through grep, for example) if all the relevant
contacts have some innocuous custom field value in common. m.
