Multiple sessions....bad

Is there a way to prevent multiple sessions of the same access db from being
opened. I have discovered that if a user has a db session minimized and
accidently openes another session of the same db problems with data are
showing up.
Mulltiple sessions opened on the network are OK so I just need to keep the
people from opening a new db when they have one minimized. Tried to train
them but I am still being blamed for any bogus data. Any ideas?
