Multiple Shared Calendars

I am trying to create multiple shared calendars that the teachers in my
school can use to sign up for the media center, the computer lab, and the
mobile lab. However, I am having trouble getting the calendars to be seen
outside of my email. Any help in this matter will be greatly apprecited.

Outlook version? Using Exchange or not? Where are you trying to create these calendars?
