Multiple Signatures

I use the Signature feature in Outlook to build an email with standard
responses. For example, depending on the response needed, I can select
Signature #1 and #3 for one email, and Signature #1, #2, and #4 for another
email. This saves me a tremendous amount of time as well as it gives me a
single place where I can maintain the responses should anything need to be
modified.

Outlook 2007 no longer has that ability and I can now insert only a single
signature. It would be very cumbersome for me to set up signatures for every
possible combination of responses. Is there any way that I can accomplish
this in Outlook 2007? I really miss this feature!

Thanks so much.

Don't abuse the signature feature for this but use Quick Parts instead which
was designed for this purpose. The equivalent of Quick Parts in previous
versions of Office was AutoText.

EXCELLENT!!! Thank you so much! I didn't know this existed and played
around with it and it will do exactly what I want.

Thank you!
