Multiple skills for resource

If I have to assign a resource to multiple skills using
the Resource Outline Code as Skill how can it be done? Or
is there any other method? Any ideas appreciated?

In Project Server 2002, you have to use several fields, such as Skill1,
Skill2, Skill3 to track multiple skills for a resource. In Project Server
2003, you can use a single Skill field and select multiple skills. I
believe this improvement in P2003 will be very helpful, especially in
situations like yours. Hope this helps.
