multiple SMTP addresses

One of my users receives email from multiple SMTP accounts. Right now, all
emails he sends show his replies come from one address only, no matter which
email he is replying from. How can I configure his Outlook so his reply
address is from the account he is replying from? (hope that makes sense)

We use Exchange.
