multiple spam senders

I sometimes get more than one spam email in my inbox. I would like to be
able to gather all the spam in one process to add all of the senders to the
blocked senders list. Is there a way to do this? I currently have to use
about three or four key strokes for each and every spam email. It is very
cumbersome.

An certain exercise in futility because spammers rarely resuse sending
addresses.
