As far as I can see, Outlook calendar can have a maximum of 17
"spanning" appointments shown. We currently have a vacation/travel
schedule calendar for staff. Secretaries add each staff members "time
off" to this shared calendar that everyone can view. The problem is
when 17 or more staff are going to be out for more than 1 day (as with
the holiday season), any additional events/appointments cannot be
viewed in the standard "day/week/month" view. Is there any way around
this?
