Multiple sub-accounts (identities) in Outlook 2000

I am running Windows XP and Outlook 2000.
I created 2 different Windows account for my wife and I.
We have one actual email account with our ISP, but 2
different email addresses (identities).
How can I setup my outlook so it reads only my emails
when I log on and setup my wife's so it reads only hers
when she logs on?
