My client has one particular user account that has to subscribe to
over 200+ calendars within Exchange. These are 200+ schools that he
is administrating the Professional Development Calendars. He has
major issues with using Entourage calendar feature for it seems that
he has many events that just delete themselves, other are moved
visually but when getting more info finds that they still contain the
same date. Do you all have any suggestions for this type of user?

When I read that he has "subscribed" I must assume you mean subscribed
in public folders. Correct?

First, 200 calendars seems somewhat excessive. I'm not saying it's not
possible or shouldn't work, but I doubt Entourage was designed with the
thought that someone would be subscribing to that many items.

Subscribing keeps calendars synchronized with Entourage. Otherwise, data
appears only when you go to view the items. This takes time to sync from
the server. It's intended for accessing items that are more frequently used.

I would suggest that he unsubscribe only from those calendars except for
those he absolutely must deal with on a daily basis and use Outlook Web
Access (OWA) to access the rest via browser. OWA will be much faster and
he should be able to bookmark each for quick access. Rename the
bookmarks to more easily sort the list.

Hope this helps!
