Several possible ways of skinning this particular cat
One way to do this is to create an AutoText entry (for Word 2003 or earlier)
or a Building Block (Word 2007) of the page to be inserted, and to add the
Autotext/BB to the document as many times as you need.
Another way is to create the required page as a separate document and use
the InsertFile method to insert it into the document
Thankyou for your reply. Im using 2003 so will look at autotext entry.
Can it be used to create a table? Cant copy/past as new data in each
page.

Yes, an AutoText entry can consist of virtually anything. In this case, just
insert an example table with the desired contents and/or formatting, select
it and press Alt+F3. Type a name for your new AutoText and choose where to
store it (usually you would want to keep in your Normal template).
