Multiple Time Zones and All Day Events

Like many people I work with folks in multiple time zones. When someone posts an All Day Event, it is tagged from 00:00 on one day to 00:00 the next (Let's say EST for an example). UNFORTUNATELY, it then appears from 02:00 to 02:00 for MST, etc. Is there any way to resolve this Without putting a time-tag on in the middle of everyone's day?
