Multiple users accessing a single email account

I recently installed OL2000 on my computer running Windows
2000. The PC is set up for multiple users and I want them
each to have access to the same email account. The
problem is that whenever someone downloads email it only
shows up in the Inbox of that user. It acts as if each
user has a separate .pst file, but a search of the hard
drive only shows one .pst file on the computer. Where is
the email being stored and how can I get everyone access
to the same information.
