***** 3 Questions:
1) The Direct URL 'Help Line'
What is the correct direct URL or e-mail address for the Microsoft Help
LIne? I read that I am allowed 2 free questions online or by phone.
Yet, both my browsers mysteriously alert me that the lengthy URL (the
only I could locate) for Microsoft Help by e-mail, is not recognizable
as secure (suggesting also it may be fake). Assuming this is an
oversight, and that Microsoft is concerned about the image of its
online security, please either e-mail me the Help LIne e-Mail address,
or post it in your response.

2) Two Users Operating
Can two Users operate Office:Mac 2004
(Word) simultaneously when the suite has been properly
installed, per user agreement?

(Until my first laptop update, I thought we were able to do so.
Since then, we receive error messages.)

3) Please Advise:
If it turns out I have assigned the correct product keys (and assuming
we are supposed to be able to operatefor example Word at same time)
then what else could the reason behind the error message, and how can I
fix?

****** 3 Help Requests:
1) Product Key Numbers
Please walk me through the steps to initially verify product key
numbers on my computers. (I already have my product key numbers to
cross reference).

2) Reinstall Repurcussions
If my only option is to reinstall, what are the chances of accidentally
deleting important pre-existing files that originated from this
platform? (I have read other version users report deleted files). If I
need to backup, please note item 3), below.

3) Maxstore External Hard Drive
If yours is successfully backing up your files, please take a moment to
simply walk me through how yours is configured on your Mac. Mine is not
right and should run properly anyway. ( I think this would be the
simplest solution to rule out any worry about deleted files during a
reinstall, or other...).
