multiple users for Outlook

I am using Windows XP and Office XP with separate log ins
for my kids and myself. In previous versions of Office,
you could not use Outlook on more than one log in. Has
that problem been corrected in XP? I would prefer that
the kids use Outlook over Outlook Express.
