I'd like to be able to take an existing long, complex document that
has a lot of highlighted comments, and create a version that is
unformatted text with comments hidden or deleted.
Obviously, it would be easy to do a save-as to a text file. But I'd
like to maintain the link between the 2 versions, so changes to the
formatted file are automatically reflected in the unformatted file.
And the hidden comments don't have to be manually deleted each time I
want to generate a plain text version.
Any thoughts on the best way to do this?
Thanks
