Multiple Views/Adding New Records

In InfoPath 2007, I have a form with multiple views. I have 1 Query view that
queries users. I have 1 view that is the Data View - it shows the users data
from the query view. And I have 1 View for entering New User Records. If I
query a user, the data shows on the Data View just fine. Now, when I go over
to the New Record View, the data that I queried is also showing there, since
the text boxes are bound to the DataFields. I tried to clear out all the text
boxes before I open the New Records View, but when I go to submit/save what I
think is a new record, it simply over-writes the query record I had pulled
up. Anyone have any ideas or workarounds? Thanks!
