multiple visio files open in same task bar tab

how do i get visio to work like word, excel, project, power point... in that
when i open an additional visio file it will open in a new task bar tab?
that way i can alt-tab between the files.

You should launch a new instance of the Visio application for each document
you want to work with. Visio does not inherently support the single
document behavior used by other Office applications.
