Multiple yes/no buttons

I would like to send an e-mail message asking the recipients to respond (yes
or no) to several questions? The recipients are all at other companies. Is
this possible (without a lot of coding)?

For such an email message to work with a majority of email client scenarios, you'd need to build it as a web form submitting data to a web page. A better solution might be to just build the web page and send the recipients a link to it.
