Multiplicities on lines

Hello,
Is there pre-defined line stencils that can show multiplicities.
Like the following

Multiplicities
0..1 Zero or one instance. The notation n..m indicates n to m instances.
0..* or * Zero to many. No limit on the number of instances (including
none). An asterisk (8) is used to represente a multiplicity of many.
1 Exactly one instance
1..* At least one instance to many

Or is there a place I can get one from.

There are suitable shapes in Visio Pro in the UML stencils but they
only work with the UML addon.
