multiSelect list box??

Hi I would like to build a multiSelect list box to checkout items and for the
selected choice to show in the 2nd box and then create a report to show the
selected choice. But I also need the same data to be stored somewhere for
future reference? is this possible and does any one know where I could get a
good example of one including the code
