I recently returned to an application and discovered some very odd behavior.
This is in Access97 with the data in a _be file on a server.

I use a continuous form to display records meeting certain criteria. The
form has a button to click to view the details of each of these records
(looks to the key of the current record). The continuous form always lists
all of the correct records. However, the button to see the details of a
specific record fails on 1/3 or so of the records. My suspicion is that the
database thinks that these records are deleted, though they all appear in the
table and on the continuous form.

Does my suspicion sound plausible? Is there a process for completely
removing a link to between a front-end file and a backend and reestablishing
the link? Or am I heading down the wrong track? (The forms worked fine a
couple of months ago!)
