I created a database on '97 and placed it on the network.
some co-workers have '95. Anyway for me to convert it so
they can access it?
Thanks.

Are you looking to convert just the data, or the whole application? If just
the data, you should be able to create a new database in Access 95, and then
export from the Access 97 database into the empty Access 95 database you
just created.

If you're looking for the entire application, Dev Ashish and Terry Kreft
wrote a free downsizer that's available at
http://www.mvps.org/access/modules/mdl0029.htm at "The Access Web". Read the
text there carefully, though: it's not capably of doing a complete job.

In the end, it would probably be best to upgrade your co-workers. Access 95
is arguably the poorest version of Access ever released.
