When you create a custom enterprise Resource outline code field using
outline codes #20-29, the system automatically creates it as an Multi-Value
(MV) outline code field. After you create it in the Enterprise Global file,
save and close the Enterprise Global, then exit and relaunch Microsoft
Project. To set multiple values for each resource in your Enterprise
Resource Pool, do the following:
1. Open the Enterprise Resource Pool and check out all resources
2. In the Resource Sheet view, right-click on the Type column header and
select Insert Column
3. In the list of columns, you will see two entries for your custom MV
field
4. Select the entry with "MV" in its name and click OK
5. Select the multiple values for a resource and then press the Enter key
to confirm the choices
6. Repeat step #5 for each resource
7. Save and close your Enterprise Resource Pool
Hope this helps.
