Just wanted to let you know I got that inner table working. I can't tell you
why it works now, though. Basically, I got frustrated and deleted it and
inserted another one and pasted the code I had modified to get the fox
content in it like before and "whallla", it works.

I only have one lingering problem area. I added the weather component to
the site on a seperate layer, but to make it look better I wanted to get rid
of the top part of it because it was blue and stuck out given the page's
existing color scheme. So I added another layer that sits above the whether
layer, and overlaps that top part I wanted to get rid of it's not visible. I
finished the effect by applying a border to just the bottom part of that
added layer.

It looks fine in IE, but it's slightly off kilter in NS. Also, there's a
weird white box/border that appears behind the left side of the webcomponent
that must be part of it (weather component) because it's not part of anything
else.

Any idea how to fix those things?

Want to thank you again for the help. If I don't figure out the this latest
issue it's a very small thing compared to the layer thing before.

Beats me. It has something to do with that weather component rendering
transparent in FF/Moz, but I don't know why - sorry.
