Music file in the background of Outlook 2002 SP3 email?

Outlook Express has a provision to add a midi music file in as a background
of an HTML email. But I can find no such capability in my Outlook 2002 SP3.
If you know if this capability exists, how do I do it? Thanks.

Hi Robbie,
This feature is not supported anymore in OS WINDOWS XP with SP2.

Thanks for the reply. Another poster in this thread pointed out that MS has
disabled this capability in Outlook with XP SP2. For the life of me I can't
understand why they provide the functionality in OE but not Outlook, except
for more concern for the enterprise oe. There is a KB 886299 article that I
was able to locate that got into deeper depth on this.

Thank you. I found a KB 886299 that gets into this. Still a quandary why
OE can do this but not Outlook.
