Music throughout entire Presentation

Hi everyone,

I'm using MS Office 2007 and trying to make a music track play throughout my
entire PPT presentation without stopping on the next slide. I guess I have to
go to
Animation -> Slide Transition -> Loop Until Next Sound.. and then
Other Sound and choose a track in .WAV format? Will it do it?
But how do I make this one track or several tracks keep continually playing
in a loop?
And could you recommend a safe free converter site to convert MP3s (and
other formats) into WAV?

Thank you in advance,

Serge

A question: Why do you want to convert an MP3 file to WAV for use in
PowerPoint? You might want to do this ONLY if the WAV file is very small (<
500K) and is to be embedded in the presentation.

An music track is an object that needs to be animated. In animations you
tell PowerPoint for how many slides the music track is to play.

Also, be sure that BEFORE you insert a music track (or a video) into your
presentation, place both the presentation file and the sound file in the
exact same folder at the same level. In other words, when you use Windows
Explorer to look at the folder, you can see both files. Otherwise, if you
move the presentation and sound files to another computer, the sound file
will not work.
