Music won't play

Marilyn

I'm working on a slideshow in Powerpoint 2002 and cannot
get any music that I've inserted to play. The only
sounds or music that will play are the samples included
in the software. I've converted the music I want to use
into MP3s using Music Match. I'm going crazy trying to
figure this out -- please help me stay out of the funny
farm! Thanks.

Music Match creates incompatible MP3 files. (Codec) Use something that
uses the Fraunhofer codec to compress the files.

Try making your music files into WAV files. These work for
me only, I'm still puzzled on how to make one song play
for the whole presentation. . . If you go to goldwave.com
you can download a free wav maker and converter that
allows you to clean up a lot of stuff on your tracks while
you are editing them.
Good Luck!

To play one song for the whole presentation, check this info:
