When I receive a pps with music, its possible to save the music as a file?

The easiest way is to save the PPS file as a Web page (*.htm). This will
generate a folder that includes all the media associate with the PowerPoint
file. To do this, you will need to open the PPS file in Normal View. You can
do that by opening PowerPoint and choosing Open from the File menu (or
Office button in 2007). Then you will be able to choose Save As from the
File menu to save as a Web page. Be sure you don't save it as a *.mht format
as that won't work.
