Must have feature for Outlook

Can you add a "Reply Without Attachments Or Embedded Images" button as a new
feature in your next version???

Here's the problem:

Sally sends out an email with a dozen screenshots and half a dozen file
attachments to Peter and John. Peter responds with a one-liner comment by
clicking the "Reply to All" button. Since John has already seen Sally's
original email (which took 2 minutes to download), he does not need to wait
another 2 minutes when clicking Peter's message. If Peter was given an option
to reply back without sending out the embedded images or attachments, it
would have been much easier for John.

Err "reply" does not include the attachment by default. It never has done.
If the reply is including the attachment, then the reply-er is re-attaching
it.

How about clicking Format>Plain Text before sending the reply?
