A user must manually press the "Send/Recieve" button in order to send or
recieve anything. When Outlook starts it doesn't automatically sync w/ his
mailbox. He's got Windows 2000 Pro and Ofc2003 running in cache Exchange
mode. I've installed Exchange 2003. No other user has this problem. One
difference is that this user is logged onto the Win2000 OS as a different
user. But he is properly logged on to his Email Acct with is own user name.
So why must he always press send/recieve?
