Muti taskpads

I have created a folder called job lists that contains taskpad items. I use
this to correlate our jobs for a busy service based company. Every thing
works ok for the most however it appears that I am not able sort/filter the
list as I can with the main task pad. Items that are marked complete do not
drop off the list, as well as I am not able to view items that are due for
the current day. Any suggestions or am I just over tasking the program? If I
start a second instance of outlook and move all of my tasks to the main
taskpad will it effect the first instance of outlook and when I backup will I
have to change file names to avoid confilts?

You can do all sorts of things in a second Tasks folder (I think that's what
you have).

Turn on the advanced toolbar and try the Field Chooser and Group By box to
make it show the fields and grouping you want. You can change to Active
Tasks view in the Current View window to hide completed Tasks.
