Muticolumn Report

I have a report with two subreports.
One of the sub reports in the header section of the main report and in
the page header section Me.Movelayout is set to false
The other subreport forms the detail of the report.

As movelayout is set to false the detail section starts printing right
at the top of the page. Is there a way where I can shift it down a bit
so that I can put a column header for the detail.

The main report has three columns
