Mutiple Outlook Calendars

I would like to create an additional calendar that is
only used to schedule rooms throughout our building. For
example, board room, meeting room, and classroom. I want
this to be seprate from our secretary personal calendar
but so she is the only one that has access to it. Is
this posssible? We are not running exchange server until
we move in Nov. I am needing this feature before then.
Any suggestions?

Your secretary can create a second calendar folder in Outlook, but it won't
be accessible to anyone else. For that functionality, you'll need to wait
for Exchange
