Mutli Calendar and Appointments in Bold

I need to know how can I have multi Calendars on the right pane of Outlook,
not differ calendar, but mutli-month showing at once. Also, when I post an
appointment the calendar date goes from bold to unbold. I would like it the
other way, made an appointment the date is bold.
