Mutli-calendar viewer - reminders

A problem has occured for several of our users that when
they open up a number of calendars using the multi-
calendar viewer and change the date from today's date to
the necessary date, although the calendars are opened, the
user's own calendar reminders pop up for the week
containing the specified date. Any advice please.

Is this "multi-calendar viewer" a separate application that is downloaded from MS, or are you using Outlook 2003?

This is the "multi-calendar viewer" the separate
application which we downloaded from MS.

We have been using this application for the past two years
without any problems, but recently, we have gone live with
the facility of booking resources via a meeting request
and so now more staff are using the multi-calendar viewer
to view multiple rooms at the same time and it's now that
we've noticed this problem.
