Muttiple email POP accounts

I have two POP email account. When I reply to an email, I am told the default
behavior of Outlook is to reply from the email address that was received on.
When I set up a profile with one of the accounts it always replies to that
account (i.e. I think the email settings are fine). When I set up a profile
with two of the email accounts, it always replies using one of the two
accounts. I want to get it so it performs the default action of replying
through the account that the email was recieved on. How can I troubleshoot
this?
