I want to thank all you guys.

You have been instrumental in the development of my database. And have
played a pivotal role in helping me understand how to code for access and
vba. Infact, there is no single greatest resource for msaccess then this
newsgroup.

My posts were answered with such thoroughness and such consistency that i
could set my watch to your timing. And im not just speaking about my posts,
cause before posting i search the newsgroup for an old reply that answers my
question and ive noticed that the mvps will not rest until YOU are satisfied.
Infact, id go so far as to say, they will hold your hand and walk YOU thru
the solution.. One..step..at.. a.. time.. until your blushing with gratitude.

...or speechless (like me)

I agree with you, but let's not limit it to MVPs. There are many others who
contribute their expertise, but who are not designated as MVPs (as far as I
know). Lebans comes to mind. I could name any number of others, but would
end up leaving many people out, so I will just say that there are names I
recognize whose answers I often read just because I know I will get something
from them, even if they do not apply directly to an immediate problem I am
trying to solve.

Stephen Lebans is, in fact, an MVP, but other than that you are quite right,
there are a number of frequent, helpful posters who have not (yet) received
the award.

Speak just as one of "the guys" (which includes the gals, too), I'll
say, "You're welcome. We're happy to help."

He doesn't identify himself as an MVP, at least not that I've seen, but it
certainly comes as no surprise to learn that he is. He and others (Allen
Browne, Roger Carlson, et al) have been very generous with their expertise
and the information that is available to all at their web sites. Thanks for
the information.
