my access reports don't print correctly since a crash --HELP

my computer recently crashed and I had to reinstall my applications: now my
access reports do not print correctly and I am barred from changing the
margins...this happened to me before and I tried to download help from HP
printer sites, but this did not help. Can somebody help me?
