my account info doesn't show when i load outlook 2003

i've configured my outlook account a hundred times and my emails don't show
up. I use a POP3 account and I just installed my office 2003, something
curious is that I test it in the account configuration window and it works...
i even recieve a confirmation email... but it just either show my emails nor
ask for my password to connect
