my add-in does not work correctly

Hi,

I have created a Shared Add-in for word. it is a button when you click it it
opens a windows form that loads a treeview form database. it work good if I
open a .doc file that saved on hard drive or when i open a new instance of
word.

the problem is if I open a .doc file that has been loaded in some Sharepoint
Site, it does not work correctly. I mean I see my button when I click it it
opens the windows Form but the treeview is not loaded. my form is empty.
